Telnet a SMTP gateway or Exchange Server

I can never remember the telnet commands to send a test email so here they are:

 

telnet ADDRESS.OR.IP 25
 helo
 MAIL FROM:FIRST.LAST@DOMAIN.com
 RCPT TO: FIRST.LAST@DOMAIN.com
 Data
 SUBJECT:YourSubject
 Blah Blah Blah
 .
 quit
